"Garden City Shop" Returns To Street Fair

The Garden City Community Church Auxiliary will once again be hosting the "Garden City Shop" at the Homecoming Street Fair on Saturday, October 28. They will be selling the ever-popular Garden City logo flip-flops. The price remains $20 per pair and they come in adult sizes XS (4-5) to XL (11-12).

Another popular item returns as well. This year they will sell "Roots" hats in light blue or black. The hats have GC imprinted in white and sell for $15 each.

The Auxiliary is introducing a brand new, and very useful product -- black nylon drawstring backpacks. These also have "Garden City" written in white and will sell for a very reasonable $10 each.

When you stop to shop at our booth, you may also wish to purchase tickets to a Special Shopping Night at Roosevelt Field Mall. Tickets cost $10 each and a percentage of all ticket sales will go to children's charities and the Auxiliary of the Garden City Community Church. All proceeds made by the Auxiliary help fund charitable donations.

Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers at the later service.
