"Elementary To Alimentary" - Noon Time Lecture Series Beginning in October, the Cathedral of the Incarnation will offer a lecture series each month exploring health and life style related issues and concerns such as nutrition, exercise, arthritis and pain management, depression, coping with surgery, and staying active and well. Each lecture will begin at 12 noon on a Tuesday and run about an hour. Resource materials will be provided. Bring a bag lunch. The first lecture will be on Tuesday, October 10. Martha S. Wolf, Director of the Granat Alzheimer Center at Parker Institute will address the topic Memory Loss: Fact or Fiction .This program is open to anyone who is interested. Future lecture topics include "Staying Well as You Age" on November 7, "Depression in the Elderly" on December 5 and "Nutrition and Exercise" on February 6.
