Chamber Foundation Presents"Day At The Races"

Save next Friday afternoon, October 6 to spend a fun-filled afternoon at Belmont Park's elegant Turf & Field Club. In its private dining room, the Garden City Chamber of Commerce Foundation will present its 3rd annual "Day at the Races." Featured will be a full luncheon buffet, plus paddock tours, sponsorship opportunities with photo in the Winners Circle and more.

"The 'Day at the Races' is a perfect way to begin 'get-away-day' with friends or to entertain clients and business associates," said Ross Mongiardo, president of the Chamber Foundation. He noted that the event is the Foundation's major fundraiser. "Proceeds go toward the fulfillment of our mission," Mr. Mondiardo said, "to assist community members in need and to award college scholarships to deserving Garden City High School seniors.
