Stephanie DiPierro moves the ball through two defensive players. Congratulations to the Garden City Liberty for a great season. The team had an overall record of 15 wins, 3 losses and 3 ties. Liberty started off the season strong with an impressive showing in the Ref-fuel tournament. Liberty continued its winning ways throughout the regular season with 11 out of 16 players scoring at least one goal. Liberty took a short break from the regular season to travel up to Windsor, CT in the beginning of October and came away as the top team in their division. The dedication and hard work of the girls this season was greatly appreciated by their coaches, Charlie Mohacsi, Rich Miesemer, Tony Pasquale and their trainer Manfred Kapper.
