Coach Sean McCarthy talking strategy The Garden City Power U-10 girl's soccer team ended their fall season in victory this week with a repeat win over Oceanside. Oceanside was no match against the Power's energetic offense, which has steadily improved its passing skills this season. The Power defense had no difficulty maintaining control over their own end and assisted the offense by pushing the ball upfield to allow shots on the Oceanside goal. The Power have enjoyed a winning 5-2-1 season under the excellent coaching of Sean McCarthy and Rich Gregory. The girls look forward to enhancing their skills and their record in the spring season. Way to go Power!
