The Garden City Community Church Forum on Sunday, November 26th at 9:15 a.m., will present Dr. Gregory Maney, speaking on "Immigration: Yes or No?" The Forum is open to the public.

Dr. Maney is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Hofstra University. Through Hofstra's Center for the Study of Labor and Democracy and the Workplace Project, Dr. Maney has conducted an extensive study of the day-laborer controversy on Long Island.

The Garden City Community church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers during the later service.
