The Garden City Community Church Forum on Sunday, November 5 th at 9:15 am will present Dr. Thomas Ryley on "The 2006 Elections." The forum is open to the public.

Dr. Ryley, now retired, was a Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the New York City College of Technology, and an Adjunct Professor at Molloy College . He holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and a PhD in History from New York University . He is the long-time chair of the Baldwin Interfaith Conference, and a regular speaker at the Garden City Community Church Forum Series at election time.

The Garden City Community church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers during the later service.
