The 13 th Annual Caregivers' Ball was held on Friday, September 29 at the Tam O'Shanter Golf Club in Brookville. Over 200 people attended the dinner dance to support the ongoing needs of RotaCare and to honor Dr. Alan Guerci. Dr. Guerci, president and CEO of St. Francis Hospital and Mercy Medical Center, is a nationally known cardiologist and distinguished researcher. Both St. Francis Hospital and Mercy Medical Center have been generous supporters of RotaCare.
RotaCare continues to provide health services with a dedicated volunteer staff to those who have the least access to medical care. The RotaCare facility is located in Uniondale and welcomes as many as 300 patients a month.
