Children making apple prints. On a beautiful and crisp Sunday, October 15th, Garden City Community Church held its second annual Apple Festival after the 10:30 worship service. Many members baked and brought their favorite apple recipes.

The Board of Membership Life and Development members volunteered for various jobs to make the event extra-special. Janet Martens made delicious hot apple cider, Sandy Iadanza helped kids core and slice fresh apples, Board Chairperson Cathie McCullough supervised apple printmaking, and Christine O'Neill made and served delicious applesauce.

Church members of all ages found something to suit their fancy from crafts to eating! Even the bees had a good time. It was a very unique Fellowship Hour and everyone agreed it made for some great fellowship.
