Garden City Maroon 11'S Meet Garden City White 11'S.
     This past Sunday the Maroon 11's played the White 11's at Stewart field. The Garden City Maroon Team came away with a 13-0 victory.      The girls on GCHS's JVA soccer team came away with a convincing 4-0 victory over Syosset on Tuesday September 26th. Women's Softball Champions
     Congratulations to "On Our Own" for winning the 2006 Womens Softball League Championship. It was an exciting game against the "Carpet Doctors" that went into extra innings. The final score was 4-3.

LI Lightning Wins Nike Tournament
      The Long Island Lightning girls basketball team 7th graders put the exclamation point on a great 2006 AAU season by becoming the first girls team from Long Island to win the Nike SWOOSH Tournament of Champions for the New York Metro area.
