Carli Lucia McLaughlin of Garden City, a junior business, organizations & society major and Italian minor at Franklin & Marshall College, is participating in the college's off-campus study program during the fall semester.

McLaughlin is studying with the Butler University program in Galway, Ireland. McLaughlin, a 2004 graduate of Garden City High School is the daughter of Elaine and Brian McLaughlin of Garden City.
