HOLA Spanish Lessons For Children

2006-09-29 / Community

For the second year, HOLA of Garden City will be offering Spanish classes at the Stewart School for children in grades Kindergarten through 5th. Classes are scheduled to start on October 10. We all know how important learning a second language is, and even more important is the need for our children to learn it at a young age. Learning a second language enhances self-esteem and a child's overall mental development. If you are interested in giving your child a head start in learning Spanish call HOLA for more information at 516-280-0397 or e-mail us at Hola.spanishclass@yahoo.com Remember space is limited and classes begin on October 10, 2006, so register now!

HOLA is a non profit organization founded by a group of Garden City women of Spanish decent and is dedicated to making new friends, performing charity work and preserving the Spanish language and culture. Monthly meetings are held at the Garden City Library.
