Jonathan Castoro, Justin Gong, Chris Hourmouzis, Zach Miner, Drew Pascale, Chris Stumpf and Brian Tully all rotated and played forward while Adam Davies, Joseph Giarraputo, Brendan Harney and Aidan Logan were on defense. Patrick Mohan tended goal.

The Blazers started strong when Brendan Harney chipped the ball to Jonathan Castoro who, in turn, passed it to Zach Miner who drove the ball into the goal for a 1:0 Blazers lead. In another great play following this one, Adam Davies successfully deflected the ball from the goal and prevented a scoring opportunity for the Storm. After a penalty kick awarded to Oyster Bay for a trip in the box, the Blazers were still able to keep the Storm scoreless. Joseph Giarraputo made many strong kicks clearing the ball and Justin Gong made some great moves turning the ball around and sending it up the field. The Blazers lead at halftime with a 1:0 score.

Patrick saved some great corner kicks by Oyster Bay. Oyster Bay scored two goals in quick succession. Aidan Logan played a very strong game and made it difficult for the opposing team to get past him. Chris Hourmouzis on offense consistently pushed up the ball throughout the game. Brian Tully, Chris Stumpf and Drew Pascale all worked hard together to keep the pressure on Oyster Bay.

As game time was drawing to that final whistle, there was a huge scramble and pile-up in the Blazers goal. Ultimately, when all was cleared up, Patrick emerged and arose from the heap with the game ball in his hands to save yet another goal. What a play! Game final was the Blazers first (hopefully only) loss of the season with Oyster Bay over the Blazers 2:1.
