Golf Classic Committee Members The Friends of Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre, will sponsor its 25th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, September 14th at both Rockville Links and Hempstead Golf and Country Club. This "Homecoming" Classic will honor Francis X. Murray of Rockville Centre. The Chairmen for this year's Outing are Ed Farrell and Chet Mara, both of Rockville Centre, and Joe Tarulli of Garden City. The Classic, which offers tournament packages, as well as single packages, will include an evening of fun. End-of-day highlights at Rockville Links will include cocktails, dinner, awards, and the Friends' infamous live auction, hosted by special guest Clark Gilles.

Proceeds of this event will be applied to a brand new, state-of-the-art Radiology Suite located within Mercy's new Express Care Emergency Unit, utilizing the latest technology to efficiently diagnose and treat patients will less severe illnesses and injuries. The radiology suite will be operated so that our patients will receive seamless, attentive and convenient care. This will provide a positive customer service to our community.
