From left:Martha Widner, Mrs. Hami, Justine Hami and Pat Dalton On May 23 rd members of the Community Club of Garden City and Hempstead presented Justin Hami of Manhasset with a scholarship check to apply toward his second year at Cornell University as a pre med student as part of the club's community service component. The scholarship is awarded in conjunction with Winthrop University Hospital annually.

The Community Club offers a wide variety of quality programs, trips and creative art classes from October through May. For more information about the Community Club, please call 746-0488 on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The office will be closed during the month of August.
