Amelie Alford and High School Principal, Hank Hardy The New York Lottery 2006 Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship has been awarded to Amelie Alford. The LOT Scholarship was created to benefit truly well-rounded individuals who are involved in many aspects of high school life, not just academics. Amelie will receive a $4,000 scholarship to attend a New York State college.
