Siegrist-Cashin Engagement

Mrs. Barbara J. Cashin of Gaden City, New York is pleased to announce the engagement of her youngest son, Denis to Ms. Lindsay Siegrist, daughter of David and Phyllis Siegrist of Huntington, New York.

Lindsay is a 1998 graduate of Huntington High School. She received her bachelor of arts degree from C.W. Post in 2002, graduating with honors, and last year earned her master of arts from New York University

Denis is a 1993 graduate of Garden City High School. He attended Nassau Community College, and in 1995 joined the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from Parris Island in 1995, and was subsequently stationed in Okinawa, Japan. He was selected to train for the Marine Security Guards (MSG), graduating from Quantico in 1998.

Sgt. Cashin has worked in the U.S. Embassies of South Korea (Seoul) and Bolivia (LaPaz) and is currently stationed at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California.

They plan to wed this July at St. Patrick's R.C. Church in Huntington, New York.
