Advancing the ball upfield at Hicksville's New Turf Field
The Sweeties showed true sportsmanship by playing under a self-imposed 4 pass rule after they went up 6-0 early in the 2nd Quarter. For the remainder of the game, the young ladies perfected their passing and catching, as well as their double teaming techniques. This was a true team victory with all contributing through scoring, assisting, scooping and running. The coaches would like to send out a special thanks to the parents for their support, as well as to the girls, who work hard in practice and continue to improve each week.
