Is it any wonder that Garden City won 19-5 after a great game by so many GC players. Paul Chilelli was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI's and 3 runs scored. Other highlights include Terry Curtin who went 3 for 5 with 3 RBI's and 2 runs scored. Kevin Derle and Bob Fargnoli each were 2 for 3 with 2 RBI's. Capping it off was Bobby Townsend who pitched 3 innings of scoreless relief with 6 strikeouts. The Trojans will play at home on Monday May 8th at 4pm against Great Neck South.
