Tommy Flanagan, Urosh Dimitrijevic, Lauren Hagan and Hannah Kramer displayed books about coins Kindergarten students in Mrs. Tuozzo's class at Hemlock School learned about the penny, nickel, dime and quarter. The children were engaged in various hands-on coin activities such as "penny patterning" and "magnifying the money." The students were also exposed to various pieces of literature about coins and about the U.S. presidents on the coins.
