Women's Club presidents from Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and BrooklynWomen's Club presidents from Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn The Garden City Women's Club celebrated St. Patrick's Day during their general meeting on March 14th at the Garden City Library. The room was transformed into an Irish pub and the fun began after a short business meeting conducted by President Judy Radocy.

Yolanda Bassani read the Nominating Committee's report on the 2006-07 slate of officers:

Second Vice President - Rosemary Going

Treasurer - Pat Esculish

Assistant Treasurer - Phyllis Gilman

Secretary - Eda Meglio

Corresponding Secretary - Theresa Ragazzi

Auditor - Vera Galante

Phyllis Gatto introduced guest performer Jimmy Moore, who immediately won the audience over with Irish songs and fun. A lovely coffee hour followed with all the trimmings.

The Garden City Woman's Club celebrated their "President's Day" on April 11th at the Garden City Casino. Many presidents of Federation Women's Clubs attended.

After a short business meeting, Mr. P. Piancentini delighted the audience with show tunes, popular and classical songs. President Radocy thanked the Board and their committee for making President's Day such a success. Bravo!
