The Garden City Community Council on Substance Abuse & Violence Prevention will present "Internet Safety Training for Parents" on Monday, May 1, from 7:30 - 9 p.m. in the High School library. Anthony Zenkus, from the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect, will answer some frequently asked questions:

+Do you know who your child is "taking to" on the Internet?

+Do you know what websites and chat rooms your child visits?

+Can you say for sure that strangers have not contacted your child over the Internet?

+Do you know if your child has a MySpace.com account or if they are posting personal information on the web?

+Does your child know more about using the computer than you do?
