Volunteers are still needed for the Garden City SEPTA Spring Festival on Friday, May 5th. The event will be held on Seventh Street from 4 to 8 p.m.

Volunteers will be expected to help set up for the event, operate game booths, give away prizes, and sell tickets, raffles, books and snacks. If you are interested, please call Sue Sheh at 672-7225 or Meg Nix at 248-7822.

CPOA To Meet

The Garden City Central Property Owners' Association will be having its elections and annual meeting on Tuesday, May 9, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Garden City Librarys Main Meeting Room on the lower level. Five directors will be elected to serve a three-year term; president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary as well as one additional director to serve a one year term. All Garden City Central residents are invited to attend. Central residents need not be C.P.O.A. dues paying members in good standing to vote.
