Rev. Ralph Ahlberg Ralph Ahlberg, former senior pastor of Garden City Community Church, will present the Adult Forum there this Sunday, April 30. His topic is "Muslim and Christian Populists--Desiring the Face of God: A Look at the Life of Said Nursi." Nursi was a Turkish-born poet and student of Christian and Muslim religions. Mr. Ahlberg has recently visited the Muslim communities of Turkey, Syria, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Singapore and Indonesia.

Rev. Ahlberg served as senior pastor from 1973 to 1987. He served an additional 11 years at the Round Hill Community Church in Greenwich, CT. until he retired in 1998. He will deliver the sermon at the 10:30 worship service entitled "Is There any Hope for a Better World?"

The Forum is held at 9:15 a.m. in the Church Parlor. The community is welcome to attend.

Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ.
