The Garden City girls varsity basketball team took on South Side High School in a Class A quarterfinal game on Saturday, February 25th in Rockville Centre. Christine LiCalzi led Garden City's scoring with 14 points however Garden City came away with a 44-39 loss. GC finished their season with a record of 11-7.
