Dan Christoffel, Professor of Painting and Sculpture at Adelphi, Artist in Residence at C.W. Post. The Community Club of Garden City and Hempstead is pleased to present the fascinating art of Temple Architecture in Cambodia by famous artist and lecturer, Dan Christoffel. Currently “Artist in Residence” at C.W. Post, Long Island University, he is also professor of Painting and Sculpture at Adelphi University.

During his travels in Cambodia, Professor Christoffel studied the esthetic structures of worship and will share with us how the interrelated sculpture and architectural elements are beautifully combined. Come and be carried into the mysteries of Cambodia temple architecture.

The program takes place at the Garden City Casino on Wednesday, February 15th, at 1:30 p.m. Refreshments follow, with time to meet with our guest.
