Larson-Hosmer Engagement

Marc Hosmer and Christine Larson Mr. Stephen and Rev. Barbara Hosmer of Garden City are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Marc Hosmer to Christine Larson. Christine's parents, Carlene and Jerry Thiese and Don Larson reside in Woodlake and Eden Prairie, Minnesota respectively.

Ms. Larson graduated from South St. Paul High School in Minnesota in 2000 and then earned a B.A. in Social Work from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota in 2004. Ms. Larson is currently a candidate for a Master of Public Policy Degree from American University in Washington, D.C.

Marc is a year 2000 alumnus of Garden City High School and graduated from St. Olaf College in 2004 earning a B.A. in Sociology and Asian Studies. After completing a year of service in the AmeriCorps City Year program in Washington, D.C., Marc joined the staff of Homestretch, Inc. in Falls Church, Virginia where he serves as a Child Services Coordinator.

Christine and Marc will celebrate their union on May 30, 2006 on Kent Island in Maryland.
