This Sunday, January 15 at 9:15 a.m., Reverend Nancy Schaffer will address the Adult Forum at Garden City Community Church. Rev. Schaffer serves as chaplain for the L.I. Council of Churches to the Nassau County Correctional Center in East Meadow, where she ministers to the women of the facility. She is co-founder and co-director of Women at the Well, a self-enhancement group working with women who are in jeopardy of being incarcerated and those who have re-entered their communities.

Rev. Schaffer will speak about the Women at the Well program as well as her training in the Art of Spiritual Direction.

The community is invited to attend the Forum in the Church Parlor.
