The McDaid coached Thunder 10 A boys traveled to Baldwin this past Sunday, to take on an undefeated Baldwin Bomber team. The Thunder boys entered the contest with a 5-1 record of their own, and were eager to test their skills versus the 6-0 Baldwin team.

The Thunder defense led by by linemen Dan Bonchonsky, Tim Confort, Cory Fallon, Matt Cortese, Tom Ferris, Chris Gallic, and Mike and Sean Walsh, held the Baldwin lineman up so that linebackers JJ McDaid, Joe Stone, and Tim Muller could stop the Baldwin running attack. The secondary led by Brian Badgett, Jack Metzler, and Ryan Dooley held both the running and passing attack in check.
