Anna Patricia O’Sullivan, Patsey to her friends and family died peacefully on Oct 18, 2005 at Winthrop Hosp. of cancer. She suffered quietly for the last two years.

She is survived by a brother, three sisters and a grand niece - her care giver - Stormi Pulner and her beloved bird Sunny.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church here in Garden City.

She was buried in Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne N.J.

It was Patricia’s wish that any donations be made to either The Salvation Army of Mineola or UNICEF.
