Tim Muller, Chris Gallic deliver the hits, while Brian Badgett goes for the TD. The McDaid 10 A boys of Thunder, faced a determined Long Beach team this past Sunday at Stewart Field. Garden City dominated the contest from both sides of the ball, and came away with a commanding 31-7 victory.

The Thunder defense led by linemen, Sean and Michael Walsh, Dan Bonchonsky, Corey Falllon, Matt Cortese, Tim Confort, and Tom Ferris, dominated the line of scrimmage, and worked with linebackers JJ McDaid, Joe Stone, Tim Muller, Ryan Illardi, Ryan Dooley, and Tim Eschmann to hold Long Beach without a first down until six minutes left in the game.

Jack Worstell delivers the tackle. While the linemen and linebackers dominated the middle of the field , the corner backs dominated the outside. Corners Jack Metzler, Jack Worstell, Brian Badgett, Chris Gallic, and Joe Randazzo played so well and kept Long Beach pinned inside all game.

The offense led by the "General" quarterback Tim Muller(1 TD), and running backs JJ McDaid,Ryan Dooley, Peter Kerantzas, Lucas Clay,(1 TD), and Brian "Lightning" Badgett (3 TDS" moved the ball at will behind the dominating offensive line.

The victory moved the McDaid 10 A' S' to a 5-1 record. This was a total team effort, and ever boy on the team contributed.
