Join professional Chef Charlie Walsh for a demonstration on ways to prepare tantalizing appetizers for the upcoming holidays. This mouth watering event will take place at the Garden City Public Library on November 3 rd at 7:00 pm. Chef Charlie has more than 20 years experience in professional kitchens and is currently an instructor at Long Island’s only accredited culinary school where he received Chef Instructor of the Year honors for 2002. He has appeared on television, radio and before live audiences here on Long Island and across the country. You will be able to taste each item that is prepared during the evening. There is no fee for this class. Registration is required and is limited to Garden City residents. In-person registration will be accepted at the Reference Desk and will begin Wednesday Oct. 19 th. Chef Charlie’s down to earth style and sense of humor will ensure all participants of a wonderful experience.
