The U-10 Lions opened their inaugural season with an impressive showing in the very competitive Oceanside Labor Day Tournament. The girls played five tough games over two days were quite successful. The Lions continued there winning ways into the first three weeks of the regular season by beating Hicksville and Manhasset and tying a tough Rockville Centre team. The girls have shown great sportsmanship, teamwork and work ethic and continue to improve and impress. Congratulations Emily Cafaro, Taylor Carpentier, Johanna Fitzpatrick, Meaghan Kiely, Jacqueline Marino, Madeline McGuire, Erin Pfail, Rebecca Reifler, Sarah Rubino, Ally Sweeney and Gina Timpano on your excellent play.
