What was supposed to be a regular General Meeting of the Woman’s Club - turned out to be an afternoon party - on Monday April 18th at the Casino.

President Judy Radocy conducted a short business meeting. After the usual flag salute and inspirational reading, the members applauded Gloria Mentzel for a great year as Bridge chairman.

Connie Paradiso urged all present to mark June 6 th as Philanthropic Bridge Day - with a patriotic theme - details to follow.

Then - the South Shore Folk Dance Group performed ethnic dances from Greece, Israel, Turkey among others. It was festive and instructional.

A great tea hour followed.

Lest we forget the Club received seven new members. They were warmly welcomed.
