On Saturday, April 2, the Chamber held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Cold Stone Creamery at 984 Franklin Avenue - the block between Ninth and Tenth Streets which completes the area come to be known as "restaurant row." Cold Stone Creamery is known for its superior premium ice-cream made fresh daily offering some 35 "original creations" plus additional creations mixed to customers' specifications.
