College Notes

Jason Catania has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University with a major in Journalism and Mass Communications. He also completed minors in Pre-Business studies and Creative Writing. He accomplished these achievements in seven semesters with a 3.8 (out of 4.0) cumulative average in his major and he earned “Dean’s List” distinction (3.6 or better) in his final two semesters. He plans a career in journalism and is currently engaged in freelance work for ESPN The Magazine . Jason is a 2001 graduate of the Garden City High School and is the son of life-long village residents Joel and Donna Catania.
