All Star Hockey Player In Action

Garden City High School senior Kevin Seiferth was a member of the high school hockey all-star team that represented Nassau County in the 9th Annual Vytra Cup "Battle of Long Island," played recently in Nassau Coliseum in front of 3,500 fans. The game was close throughout, and Suffolk iced the victory, 5-3, with an open-net goal in the third period. Sponsored by Vytra Health Plans, Newsday and the New York Islanders, the event featured a raffle to benefit All Island Handicapped Sports, a non-profit organization that runs programs for physically challenged children.
