on march 30, a 39-year-old Valley Stream man was arrested for an incident on March 7 where he burglarized his mother's Garden City house.... on march 31, the police conducted an aggressive detail on Hilton Avenue. There were three speeding violations, 5 stop sign violations, 2 cell phone violations, and 8 miscellaneous. There was a charge for aggravated unlicense operation 3rd degree, 1 confiscated license and one car was impounded.... on april 1, a Dell laptop computer valued at $1500 and a $1500 Dell projector were stolen from a GC Plaza office.... on the same day a truck stop was conducted on New Hyde Park Road. Sixteen trucks were inspected, 63 tickets were issued, with 7 trucks taken out of service.... on april 4, someone removed $130 from a pocketbook at a dormitory room at Adelphi University.... on the same day, PO Stolz arrested a 46-year-old Valley Stream woman for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, failure to signal a lane change, switched plates, and no insurance.... on march 20, po matos arrested a 50-year-old Port Washington woman for a petit larceny at Sears. The woman had given her niece's name when she was initially charged with the crime - so she was also charged with criminal personation.... A 50-year-old Rockville Centre man was arrested on March 30 for an act of public lewdness on March 25, when he exposed himself to an 18-year-old Garden City woman who had been walking along Westminster Road....

LIPA was notified.... speedidry was used to clean Clinton Rd./Osborne Rd. after a car leaked oil there on April 4.... on april 5, the FD removed a jam to a door on a first floor bathroom at a Tremont Street house.... there was an overheated ballast at St. Joseph's School, Franklin Avenue, on April 6....That's all this week.
