News From The Children's Room

All Garden City children, ages 4-Grade 5 are invited to perform at Night of a Thousand Stars which will be held on Sunday, April 10 at 3 p.m. This year's theme is storytelling. Registration for performers began on March 26. Do not miss this opportunity to "shine" on the stage at the Garden City Public Library.

On Tuesday, April 26, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., there will be a Family Environment Show with Patricia Shih. Tickets will be distributed starting April 16, 2005.

Library programs are presented, free of charge, through the generosity of the Friends of the Garden City Public Library. Priority for registration and participation is given to children who are Garden City Public Library cardholders.
