A series of workshops designed for the sharing of mutual interests of seniors and young adults in Grades 6-12 will be offered at the Garden City Public Library. The first of these intergenerational programs will provide opportunities to create a personalized Scrapbook, which will reflect special memories that can be shared with others. The workshop is scheduled for Saturday morning, April 9 th, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the downstairs Small Meeting Room, elevator available. Workshop leader will be Jennine Bendikson. Registration begins on March 26 th, at the Reference Desk. Refreshments.
