78, of Hobe Sound, FL, and formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, died Saturday, March 19, 2005. Born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Garden City, LI, NY, he moved to Florida forty years ago. Mr. Fogarty was the owner of Visual Communications, Inc. for 28 years, the first Canon Dealership in South Florida. Survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Rosemarie (Roseann) B. Fogarty; daughters, Danica Fogarty of Orlando, FL and Joanne Mildrum of Naples, FL; sons, James Fogarty of Oakland Park, FL and Robert J. Mildrum of Melbourne, FL; three grandchildren, Christy, Brian, and Donald Mildrum; one greatgrandson, Vincent Pulcini; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are invited to meet with the family from 9-10:30 AM Wednesday at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home 250 Center St., Jupiter, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter at 11AM.
