Dan Murphy M.D, Director of Emergency Medicine at Mercy Hospital, conducted a class which focused on cardiovascular anatomy. Dr. Murphy engaged the seventh grade students with an examination of the four chambers of the heart, a description of cardiopulmonary circulation and a review about the risks of heart disease. The students were able visualize the presentation by participating in the dissection of a calf's heart. Thank you Dr. Murphy
