Outcault-Mitchell Engagement

Anne Noel Outcault and John Patrick Mitchell Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Outcault of Garden City are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Anne Noel Outcault to John Patrick Mitchell son of Mr. and Mrs. John Mitchell of Jamison, Pennsylvania.

Miss Outcault is a 1991 graduate of Garden City High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island’s School of Design in 1995. She is currently employed at GM Design Group as Product Manager.

Mr. Mitchell is a 1987 graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School and Fairfield University where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1991. He is presently the Director of High Yield Trading at UBS Securities in Stamford, CT.
