This ten week program will teach the beginners as well as the advanced student the art of painting portraits, landscapes, and still-life in pastels. Demonstrations will be available throughout the program as needed. Arleen Rueth Urban, the instructor for this class, is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America.

Classes will be held at St. Paul’s Cluett Hall on Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon beginning January 28. The cost to register for this program will be $125. The program is open to adult residents of the Inc. Village of Garden City. Students will be given a list of supplies needed to purchase for this program at the first class.
