The Garden Department of the Community Club of Garden City and Hempstead will present Vincent Simeone, Director of Planting Fields Arboretum in a slide program on “Great Gardens of the Western Cape of South Africa” at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26th at the Garden City Casino.

Mr. Simeone’s Photography is outstanding as is his knowledge of the flowers and trees of that area. You will be seeing gardens that are not open to the average tourist and he will be happy to answer your questions following his presentation. Just think, all this beauty to enjoy without any jet lag, problems with security at airports or shots before you leave. This lovely afternoon will end with a Tea Hour and all members of the club are invited to attend and bring a friend to enjoy it too.
