This charity is run by the US Marine Corps Reserve and collects new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year to distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.

The boys brought the toys that they had collected to the last December Pack meeting at the Community Church. A representative of the US Marine Corps Reserves, Lance Corporal Cisneros, came to the meeting and discussed the US Marine Corps and the Toys for Tots program with the boys. At the Q&A session, Lance Corporal answered many interesting questions from the curious boys.

This drive was a valuable lesson for the boys in ways to unite members of a local community in a common cause and to contribute to a better community in the future.
