Mr. Joseph Paul Philbin, a Fairfield native, and his wife, Ms. Stephanie Anne Chisholm of Easton, Connecticut, and formerly of Garden City, New York, announce with abundant joy the birth of their daughter, Grace Noelle Chisholm Philbin. Grace Noelle was delivered at Norwalk Hospital by Dr. Robert Jay Goldberg on Monday, December 20th at 1:39 pm. She greeted the world at 7 pounds, 9 ounces; 21 inches long.

Grace Noelle's maternal grandparents are Joseph and Joan Rombach Chisholm of Laurel, New York and Easton, Connecticut, Garden City residents from 1962 through 1994 and paternal grandparents are Jack Philbin and the late Jean Flanagan Philbin of Fairfield. Great Grandmother Marion Cody Rombach Norman is a Trumbull resident and previously resided in Garden City with her late husband Edward Louis Rombach and Great Aunt and Uncle Diane and Raymond Ganser reside in Monroe. Little Grace joins eight older siblings: James, Sean, Marie, Genevieve, Michael, Clare, Julianne and Thomas and no...eight is NOT enough!
