The first meeting for 2005 of the Thursday Luncheon group will be on January 13. A “Show & Tell” program has been planned and everyone is asked to bring something from home or relate an experience that is a special memory to you. The program begins at 12 noon in the church parlor and please bring a sandwich for lunch. Dessert and beverage are provided. The hostesses for this meeting will be Pat Dalton and Martha Pearson.

The group offers an opportunity for senior citizens to come together for fun and fellowship and members of the community are welcome to attend. Please call the church office at 746-1700 if you need a ride. Looking forward to seeing you on the 13th from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.

The Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. with the church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers at the later service.
