Kids representing The Andy Foundation took the 2004 homecoming street fair by storm. Dozens of kids were out in force selling Andy Foundation products including T-shirts, footballs and cookbooks in an effort to raise money to put together care packages for our troops in Iraq. All proceeds from the day went towards buying supplies. The kids were able to fill 40 boxes to send to our brave soldiers!

The care packages also included notes of encouragement from the children of Stratford School. A special thanks to Mrs. Dowden who coordinated the effort at Stratford School. Additional thanks goes to Emily and Jack Spencer, who hosted the very lively packing party.

To become part of the Andy Foundation or to purchase a cookbook, an Andy football or sweatshirt or t-shirt, contact the Andy Foundation at www.theandyfund.com or write to the foundation at PO Box 7512, Garden City, NY 11530. You can also call 516-248-1240 for further information.

Cookbooks are also for sale at Culinary Heights, The Pear Tree and The Town Meat Market (they also have footballs), all located on Seventh Street and Garden City. All proceeds go directly to The Andy Foundation. Thanks for your support!
