The table was set and ready in Miss Biancaniello’s classroom. Miss Biancaniello’s first grade class at Homestead School celebrated Thanksgiving with a wonderful feast. The children shared letters with their families including their reasons for being thankful. They also recited Thanksgiving poems and sung songs. After the presentation, the children and their families enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast.

Mrs. Sorge’s kindergarten class celebrated Thanksgiving with their families and their new best friends at Homestead. The children shared their reasons for being thankful. They also recited Thanksgiving poetry and sang several songs including the class favorite, “Albuquerque Turkey.” After the presentation, the children and their families feasted on homemade traditional family favorites.

Mrs. Sorge’s class was all smiles as they sang “Albuquerque Turkey.”

Dario Hernandez-Arroyo, Elena DiChara, Kelly Donovan, Gabe Ragusa and Hannah Ardito shined for the audience.
